VE Machine
We have a VE Machine to help with the throughput of livestock for those operations like drenching, mouthing, vaccinating, back lining and even jetting. We mount the VE Machine on our lamb marking trailer and this keeps the sheep out of mud, dust and the operator in the shade under the canopy. We also set up our auto drafting system at the front of the VE machine to draft off those strays or odds that you need taken out.  This saves time later on running them around again to draft.

While we can use some machines for various jobs, it depends upon the jobs we are doing, the yard setup that you have and where we see that we can get the job done in the best way possible.

Mouthing (and drafting out the broken mouths), then drenching, jetting and footparing ewes in one pass through the yards. We pride ourselves on having the equipment to increase productivity.

Vaccinating

We are finding that a number of clients like the idea of vaccinating ewes prior to lambing through the VE machine due to the kind nature on the ewe by not packing her into a race.  Not only that, but we can also breach spray for flies at the same time and ensure that we are applying correctly.

Bioclip

We can offer you the option of “shearing” your young sheep and gain the benefits that come with the bioclip natural harvesting system.  As contractors, we have harvested some 45,000 fleeces from sheep via the bioclip method, giving us lots of experience to help you get the result you are looking for.  We have three accredited staff to help with the netting and harvesting of your flock.  Noble Management also has the specific handling gear facilitating  sheep flow, user safety and correct administration and fitting of nets.  If you would like to know more, then contact us on 1800 202 599.
Footrot Control
Footrot in your sheep can be very debilitating and cause loss of valuable production capabilities.  We have a Hawthorne Sheep handler to help accomplish the foot paring task, allowing good viewing of the feet combined with effective and safe OH&S practices.  Again, the accreditation requirements have been met with regular training updates being attended to maintain that accreditation.
